Hey,
Here’s my progress with the Queen of Hearts’ Bodyguard, ‘Seven’, one of her private army.  Now she has an rpg launcher, and more frills down her apron.  I hope you like her, I’m really happy …

Queen of Hearts’ Henchwoman

Hey,

So I’m well on the way with the first henchman, so it’s time to thrash out the second one I think. These two must be the weirdest take on playing cards in the known universe!

Actually, if I’m to be more precise, this one will be a henchwoman, something that should be immediately apparent from the pictures (I hope). I’m going for a servant girl type look with this one, in a maid’s outfit. Bea (my fiancée) looked at this one and immediately assumed she would be carrying a tray. Well, that’s one option, but I’m going for a rocket launcher I think. I hope it will give the set of three minis (queen of hearts and two playing card servants) a great dynamic if the guy is using a light nimble weapon (a katana), the queen is a bit mysterious with her staff and possible rumors of magic power about her, and the girl is totally unsubtle and straightforward with a huge great rocket launcher :)

Anyway, onto the actual pictures, I’m not totally happy with her face, she has a bit of a transvestite look to her. Maybe that’s not a totally bad thing, but I would have aimed for something a little more feminine. Aah well, that’s water under the bridge as they say. Here is where I’ve gotten with her so far:

Thanks for looking, let me know what you think!
